A suitable dressing process, which includes the use of a suitable sticker, must ensure that the amount of active ingredient in the dust (sum of the active ingredients contained) which might be abraded per hectare (Heubach a.s. value in g total of the active ingredients abraded dust), does not exceed a reference value of 0.5 mg per seed unit (100,000 seeds). Evidence is to be provided using the Heubach method and appropriate analytics. Documentation of the measured Heubach a.s. values must be available in case of a certification process. Changes in the nature and quantity of the adjuvants used or changes in the use of new dressing equipment technology require new evidence. |
