NW607-1 When applying the product on areas adjacent to surface waters - except only occasionally but including periodically water bearing surface waters - the product must be applied with equipment which is registered in the index of 'Loss Reducing Equipment' of 14 October 1993 ('Bundesanzeiger' [Federal Gazette] No 205, p. 9780) as amended. Depending on the drift reduction classes for the equipment stated below, the following buffer zones must be kept from surface waters. In addition to the minimum buffer zone from surface waters stipulated by state law, the ban on application in or in the immediate vicinity of waters must be observed at all times for drift reduction classes marked with "*". Violations may be punished by fines of up to 50 000 EUR.
NG412 Between treated areas with an incline of more than 2% and surface water - except only occasionally but including periodically water-bearing surface water - there must be a border under complete plant cover. The border's protective function must not be impaired by the use of implements. It must be at least 5 m wide. This border is not necessary if: - sufficient catching systems are available for the water and soil transported by run-off, which do not flow into surface water or are not connected with the urban drainage system or - the product is used for mulch or direct drilling methods.
NN134 The product is classified as harmless for populations of the species Typhlodromus pyri (predatory mite).
WH950 A suitable form of resistance management must be stated on the packaging.
WW7091 Repeated applications of the product, or products of the same active substance group, or those with cross-resistance, may result or have resulted in a reduction of efficacy. To prevent resistance, the product should if possible be applied alternately with products from other active substance groups with no cross-resistance. If in doubt, consult extension services.
WW750 The maximum number of applications is limited due to active substance-specific reasons. Sufficient control is therefore not expected in all cases. If necessary, use products containing other active substances afterwards or alternately.
