The following labelling shall be placed on treated seed packaging: No sowing of treated seed permitted in case of forecast wind with an hourly average wind speed at a height of 2 m higher than 5 m/s. To evaluate the wind speed, the forecast on the internet site of the German Meteorological Service of the nearest agricultural meteorological station should be consulted up to 72 hours before sowing. |

A suitable dressing process, which includes the use of a suitable sticker, must ensure that the amount of active ingredient in the dust (sum of the active ingredients contained) which might be abraded (Heubach a.s. value in g total of the active ingredients abraded dust), does not exceed a reference value of 0.043 g per seed unit (1,000,000 seeds). Evidence is to be provided using the Heubach method and appropriate analytics. Documentation of the measured Heubach a.s. values must be available in case of a certification process. Changes in the nature and quantity of the adjuvants used or changes in the use of new dressing equipment technology require new evidence. |
