| NW607 | When applying the product on areas adjacent to surface waters - except only occasionally but including periodically water bearing surface waters - the product must be applied with equipment which is registered in the index of 'Loss Reducing Equipment' of 14 October 1993 ('Bundesanzeiger' [Federal Gazette] No 205, p. 9780) as amended. Depending on the drift reduction classes for the equipment stated below, the following buffer zones must be kept from surface waters. In addition to the minimum buffer zone provided for by state law, § 6 (2) 2nd sentence of the 'PflSchG' (German Plant Protection Act) must be observed for the drift reduction classes marked with "*".
