NH677 On packaging containing dressed seeds, the following label is necessary: "Sweep up and remove spilled seeds immediately ".
NH679 On packaging containing dressed seeds, the following label is necessary: "This product is poisonous for birds. For this reason, do not leave seeds exposed. Switch off the dosing equipment on time before lifting out the shares to prevent trickling afterwards".
NH6831 The following label must be printed on the seed package: "Treated seeds may only be sown by using a pneumatic seeding machine which operate with negative pressure, if this machine is registered in the "List of drift reducing sowing equipment" of the Julius Kühn-Institute (this can be seen on the Julius Kühn-Institut's website at <http://www.jki.bund.de/geraete)/>)."
NT699-1 The seed treatment shall only be performed in professional seed treatment facilities, which are registered in the index of "Seed Treatment Facilities with Quality Assurance Systems to Minimise Dust" of the Julius Kühn-Institute (visit the homepage of the Julius Kühn-Institute).
NT715-13 A suitable dressing process, which includes the use of a suitable sticker, must ensure that the amount of active ingredient in the dust (sum of the active ingredients contained) which might be abraded (Heubach a.s. value in g total of the active ingredients abraded dust / ha), does not exceed 0.5 mg active substance per seed unit (100000 seeds). Evidence is to be provided using the Heubach method and appropriate analytics. Documentation of the measured Heubach a.s. values must be available in case of a certification process. Changes in the nature and quantity of the adjuvants used or changes in the use of new dressing equipment technology require new evidence.
NW470 Where applicable, fluids left over from application, granules and their remains as well as cleansing and rinsing fluids must not be dumped in water. This also applies to indirect entry via the urban or agrarian drainage system and to rain-water and sewage canals.
